Timothy Clowers on Instagram: "Cilantro Lime Shrimp - dish 3 of 7 in my seven feast of fishes Italian Holiday Series. #shrimp #cilantro #italianfood Recipe and Instructions Ingredients: 1 lb Shrimp 2 Tbsp Butter 1/4 Red Onion or 1 Large Shallot 2 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro 1/4 Cup White Wine (Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio will work) 1/3 Cup Heavy Cream Salt & Pepper to taste 1 Tsp Minced Garlic 1 Lime juiced 1 Lime Zested 1. Add butter to pan and saute onion until it becomes soft 2. Add Garlic and saute for 2 minutes 3. Add in wine and reduce until 1 tbsp is left 4. Add shrimp and cook 90 seconds per side. 5. Add in cream and cook for 3-5 minutes until 1/3 of the cream reduces and sauce becomes thick 6. Finish with lime juice and zest and top with Cilantro"

This dip is the Italian version of hummus, and in our opinion it's smoother and tastier 🤤. Get the recipe-https://thegiadzy.visitlink.me/Wl--Ne | By Giadzy | Maybe one of my favorite dips, my white bean dip and I'm using cannellini beans in Northern Italy just like this. They're super creamy. And you just put them all in there. And you can use fresh beans or you can use canned beans. If you're going to use canned beans though you gotta drain rinse drain and rinse. I always get that confused. Drain rinse rinse. Drain and rinse them. And we're going to use about a/ 4 cup of fresh parsley. Some salt. Hey, it's a bit. I love this because if somebody's coming to work for dinner, I've always got beans on here and you make this quick little dip and it's basically like the Italian My hands are wet. I can't breathe that. Um it's basically like the Italian hummus. It's basically what it is. And then half a lemon. You can put as much garlic as you like. And we're going to just whisk this all together. Hold it all together. And then it comes together with olive oil. Lots of extra extra virgin olive oil. And you know what's fun? You can make it chunky or super puree. I kind of like it in between. Rich ingredient and I love this over chicken, raw chicken, fish, I love it.
