Delicious & Healthy recipe for Dark Chocolate Pistachio Ice Cream 1 can Thai Kitchen full fat coconut milk ¼ c + 2T Raw Cacao Powder ¼ c + 2T Grade B Maple syrup 1/4c shelled, chopped pistachios Blend all ingredients except for pistachios in a blender until uniform; pour into freezer-safe pan. Cover pan with plastic wrap so it lays on the surface, cover with a tight fitting lid and freeze 1-2 hours. Stir in pistachios after 45 min of freezing
