9 - Chiconahui Chalchihuitl, Nine of Jade A woman stands before a great pitaya cactus, covered with fruit, on her estate. She is richly dressed, her huipil and enagua beautifully embroidered of expensive cotton and with rare colours,and she wears jade earrings and golden bracelets, unselfconsciously displaying her wealth. Fruits grow from her pitaya plant, but also 8 jade glyphs, symbolising the realisation of her desires. She holds in one hand the 9th jade, displaying her uncomplicated relation
