Full Body Workout
This is how you train the back muscles. It’s simple: do a horizontal pulling exercise like a row using a cable, barbell, dumbbell or suspension trainer (as in the video). Also do a vertical pulling exercise like a pull up or pull down. Then a straight arm exercise like a reverse fly or pulliver.
You can combine any exercises that can easily flow from one to another and this is a good example. I like this one as a warmup for the upper and lower body. Remember, even if an exercise feels easy we can always to it better. Walking is easy but some people glide across the floor while others plod. Think about gliding smoothly through the movements.
