No grill? Broiled kabobs...LOVE THIS! Beef, green/red peppers, red onions, mushrooms, red potatoes. Mix all together with a tbsp (or 2) of olive oil and Montreal Steak Seasoning. Broil about 12-15 mins-turning every 3 mins. Sooo easy and delicious! *I diced the potatoes then put them in a bowl with a little bit of water for 2 mins before putting them on the kabobs.

“Afghani restaurants are opening in Ottawa, serving fresh flat bread, basmati rice, and grilled meat kabobs. One of our favourite dishes, served at the Supreme Kabob House behind Ikea on Iris Street is "Manto": steamed wonton-style wrapped dumplings filled with ground beef, served with yogurt, and topped with a tomato ragu of yellow split peas.” - Instagrammer @foodieprints.
