Stampin' Up! Blue Ribbon
I needed the mental break of stamping last night, so I started this card. It wasn't working out so great, but I finally gave up today and put it together. It might be a good guy card because I don't think they really pay attention to them anyway! Ha! I used a color combination from the awesome Color Coach, Bermuda Bay, Basic Black, and Smoky Slate. I received an email this morning that my blog posts weren't working for those of you who subscribe by email. I had no idea, but I did try to fix…

My brother-in-law graduated from Rio Grande University with his Master's Degree last weekend. I thought I had another week, but looks like I'll be late with his graduation card. Oops. I wanted a subtle striped background so I stamped the stripes in versamark and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder. It's the perfect affect I was looking for and it really just makes you want to touch it. Challenges: DRS Designs--circles Charisma Cardz Challenge--Black and white plus one other color…
