Hover just above the chair, then stand back up. Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps. Chair Step-Ups: Stand in front of the chair. Step one foot onto the chair, driving through your heel. Bring your other foot up and stand tall on the chair. Step back down with one foot at a time. Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps per leg.
