Ingredients:
200g all-purpose flour
57g (1/4 cup) melted butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
150g granulated sugar
170g sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
200g frozen blueberries
Steps:
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Mix all the dry ingredients together ( flour, baking powder, and salt)
In another bowl. whisk together the butter vegetable oil, and sugar until smooth. Add in the sour cream eggs, vanilla and whisk again until well combined.
Add 3/4 of the dry ingredients into the wet
ingredients gradually and whisk until just combined.
In a separate small bowl, add the frozen blueberries to the remaining dry ingredients.
Fold the blueberry mixture into the batter, and mixeveryth

INGREDIENTS:
250g (1 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 teaspoon (4.25g) vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup (165 g) powdered sugar(icing), sifted
1/4 cup (62.5ml) whole milk
1/4 tsp (1.5 g) salt
Optional: 1 tbsp (10 g) meringue powder for added stability.
1. In a stand mixer with the paddle, cream the butter on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, (5minutes). Scrape down the bottom and sides of the bowl.
2. Mix the vanilla, salt , and milk.Heat in the microwave (30 sec to 1 minute )so that it’s hot.
3. Add icing sugar to the milk. Hot milk helps dissolve sugar. Strain the wet mixture to avoid any lum
