Marinated and crusted in seaseme seeds pan seared tuna steak to medium. Served sat in a mango and orange syrup dressed saladserved with choice of potato and garnished with pea shoots

Marinated over night, then skewered more marination and then left till orders. Can't go wrong and incredibly cheap for what it is 😜

Sliced monkfish tail poached in a white wine and light soya sauce. Garnished with freshly torn pea shoots.

Chunks Smoked haddock cooked of in a cheese sauce, with griddles parmasan and herb mix. Garnished with leafs of parsley and griddles foccocia bread.

Sat on a citrus yoghurt infused dressed salad, on homemade naan bread. Just the winner not the final product piece as naan iss not freshly homemade on this picture due to testing and experimenting.
