Maybe Marie had a difficult birth and had to recuperate in hospital for a time. Maybe that explains her absence from Peter's christening. Will have to look into that.
The Princess Elisabeta of Romania (1894-1956). She was a daughter of King Ferdinand I of Romania and his wife, The Princess Marie of Edinburgh. She was The Crown Princess of Greece (1921-1922) and Queen of Greece (1922-1924) and nominally Queen of Greece (1924-1935) as the wife of King Geṓrgios II. She had no children.
