Lobster linguine 🦞 Ingredients: 3 lobster tails (remove from shell & chop) 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes 1 shallot (diced) 1 tbsp olive oil 1 cup diced pancetta 2 tbsp minced garlic 1/2 stick butter 1/2 cup white wine 2 cups heavy whipping cream Salt Pepper Old bay seasoning Basil Parsley 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Linguine noodles (cooked) Directions: 1. Add olive oil, pancetta, tomatoes, shallots, and garlic to pan. Let cook for about 3 minutes then add lobster tails. Once tails are fully cooked, remove them. 2. Add butter. Once butter is fully melted, add in wine, heavy cream, cheese &seasonings. 3. Add in chopped lobster meat, let cook for about 8 minutes or until fully cooked. 4. Stir in linguine noodles. 5. Serve warm and enjoy! 💗
