MEAL PREP HIGH PROTEIN APPLE AND BERRY BIRCHER OATS 🍏 This is day 69/100 of my series PROTEIN POWERHOUSES 💪🏻 where I will be sharing a new recipe using different protein sources for 100 days, to show you that breakfast doesn’t have to be boring or repetitive. These meal prep Bircher oats are high in protein, simple to make and use ingredients you probably have at home. *exact calories and protein content will depend on the brand, size and exact quantity of products used. INGREDIENTS 👩🏻‍🍳 (makes 2-3portions) ➡️ 80g (2/3 cup) rolled oats ➡️ 1/2 apple, grated ➡️ 2-3tbsp chia seeds ➡️ 150g yoghurt ➡️ 180ml (1 1/4 cup) milk ➡️ handful blueberries (fresh or frozen) ➡️ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Toppings ➡️ chopped hazelnuts ➡️ honey ➡️ 1/4 banana, sliced
