Cranberry Sangria: 1 bottle red wine (Cab Sauv), 1 cup cranberry juice, 1 cup fresh cranberries, 1/2 cup brandy, 1/2 cup orange juice, 2 persimmons (cut into small wedges), 1 cinnamon stick, 1 orange (cut into wedges). Combine everything in a large pitcher or sangria bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or overnight before serving.
Salted Caramel RumChata Martini 2 parts RumChata 1 part caramel vodka sea salt/table salt (do not use margarita salt) Directions Rim Martini glass with salt (use water, NOT lime juice). Shake ingredients with ice and strain into salted martini glass. Optional: Drizzle a teaspoon of caramel sauce into bottom of glass.
