Materials 4 small potatoes 1 cup cheddar or parmesan cheese Olive oil Spices as desired (thyme, chili pepper, black pepper, salt.) For Yogurt Sauce; 1 bowl of yoghurt 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 clove of garlic mint,salt We boil the potatoes and divide them into 2. Then, as in the video, we put olive oil, cheddar cheese, and then the potatoes on the tray and crush them with the help of a flat-bottomed glass. Add spices, olive oil and cheddar cheese again and bake them in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 20 minutes until they are thoroughly browned. Bon appetit 🤗
