Tulsi Chai recipe—made from holy basil, this chai can be used to treat colds and reduce stress
Ingredients: 1 Yerba mate tea bag 6 oz filtered water 3+ tbsp full-fat canned coconut milk (to taste) 1 tsp raw honey 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Combine everything but the water in a large mug.
