Brewing the perfect pour over is easy. First, wet the filter to eliminate any paper taste, but be sure to pour this water out before brewing. Next, place 2 tbsp of coarse grounds per 6 oz of water in the wet filter. Pour hot water, fresh off the boil, over the grounds in a circular motion until they “bloom” (bubble). About 15 sec later, pour the remaining water over the grounds with the same, circular motion. Once done, remove the filter and stand, then pull your mug and enjoy!
