Baked kale chips! So addicting... Recipe: Rip (washed) kale into bite sized pieces (no big stems). Coat with olive oil (about 2 tbsp) and coarse sea salt (to taste). Bake ate 350 for 8-10 min. or until CRISPY but not brown. OR, put in your dehydrator for an hour or so. Either way, watch carefully so they don't turn into "kale flakes" (ask me how I know, ha!).
