banana chips in the oven! all you need is bananas, and lemon juice (for a preservative). Slice banana into thin chips, dip in lemon juice, and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake for 2 hours @ 200 degrees and flip. Bake for another hours or until crisp.
Make your own apple "chips": apples + cinnamon + oven @ 275 degrees for 2 hours = healthy homemade apple chips. These aren't as crispy as the ones in the store, did rings and thin wedges. And I cooked them for about 2 hours 20 minutes.
