This water jar is fascinating in many respects. It is classic McCartys in some respects with chained checkerboard diamonds in the neck and panels of berries framed in a negative leaf in around the mid-body. Two interesting elements: First, the artist had to fill in a small diamond with cross hatching in the neck.
