Laser Frenectomy
A laser frenectomy can be used to treat your child if they have been diagnosed with lip or tongue tie. These are conditions that are caused by abnormalities in the tissues that connect the tongue to the floor of the mouth, or the roof of the mouth to the top set of teeth. These tissues being deformed can lead to difficulty speaking or eating. It also makes the child more vulnerable to orthodontic issues like spaces developing between their front teeth.

Sedation Dentist
One of the main challenges that general dentists face is treating children when they need to remain still for long periods of time. Even if it is not for a type of surgery, children do not usually want to sit still for long. As a pediatric dentist, we offer sedation dentistry to help children remain still and calm during a dental procedure and appointment.

When treating children, it is not enough to get the job done; how it is done is equally important.
