When I looked into shelf rails, I was shocked at how much it would cost to do these three shelves. I started looking into some other budget friendly options, and I’m happy with what I was able to do! I wanted a pretty mirror in my bathroom but storage is essential! After I put in this inset medicine cabinet, I started figuring out how to make the mirror a sneaky cover. I cut my MDF to the shape of the back of the mirror, and glued it on with Gorilla Glue adhesive. Then I painted it the color of the cabinet, and attached the hinges. I used anchors in the wall (you can skip this if there is a stud where you need it) and drilled it in, making sure it was centered to the vanity and light fix...
