20min · 3 servings Broccoli Sweet Potato Tots I created this recipe a few years ago. I wanted to make a nutrient-dense tot. As a result, I came up with this ingredient list. Additionally, I made it a sweet potato and broccoli tot because my kids enjoy that veggie combination. They can be served on their own or with your favorite dip. Note: may add some salt, if desired. Ingredients: • 🥦1 cup shredded sweet potato • 🥦3/4 cup finely diced broccoli • 🥦1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese • 🥦1/2 teaspoon onion powder • 🥦1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • 🥦1 beaten egg or 1 flax-egg • 🥦1/2 cup of almond flour Method: • Preheat the oven to 400F • Add the shredded sweet potato, finely diced broccoli and shredded cheese to a bowl. (Make sure the broccoli is very finely diced) •
