Centaurus 130. The Centaurus was a two-row, 18-cylinder, air cooled radial engine. It had a Bore of 5.75 in (146 mm) and a stroke of 7 ins (178 mm). This gave it a capacity of 3272 cubic inches (53.62 litres). It was a Fedden sleeve valve engine with gear/crank drive, 3 inlet ports and 2 exhaust ports. It developed over 2700 shp (2015 kW) at 2800 rpm and weighed in at 3460 lbs (1569 kg).
