Nancy Sinatra – These Boots Are Made for Walkin' - Creation
#ThrowbackThursday Today we go way back to 1966 when Nancy Sinatra was at Nº1 on the US and UK singles charts with 'These Boots Are Made For Walking’. The finest bitchy kiss-off in pop history! :-)
Nancy Sinatra was a fashion icon in the 1960s. Her style, especially in this photo referred to the mod style tribe. This is because of her white go go boots and dress. The silhouette of her dress is loose, not form fitting, and also has a shorter hemline above the knee. Notice the bright orange color of the dress, colors like this for garments were popular then.
