Edible Eagles---1/4c white chocolate chips-6 lrg marshmallows-finely shredded coconut-Chocolate covered sandwich cookie (Oreo Fudge Cremes)-6 cashews-Black decorator gel- Melt chocolate chips. Drop a marshmallow in melted chocolate, use spatula, coat well, roll in coconut, leave 1 end uncovered. Set marshmallow, coconut free end down on top chocolate cookie. Let set a bit, use toothpick, make hole in side of marshmallow, insert cashew for beak.
