1916 Matchless Motorcycle and Vickers Machine Gun Sidecar Combination
1916 Matchless motorcycle and sidecar combination, fitted with a Vickers .303 machine gun, as used by the Motor Machine Gun Service and later Motor Machine Gun Corps. This Matchless was built for the Imperial Russian Army, but following the Russian Revolution it was never delivered and instead entered service with the British Army, who were already using Matchless combinations, as well as Clyno's and other types.
