Waterglassing eggs saved my Thanksgiving baking while my hens are freeloading for a while 🙃 Thpically, you will waterglass eggs in the spring when egg production is high but you can do this at anytime when you have extra eggs. You cannot use store bought eggs or washed eggs. You must use fresh, clean (no poop or dirt) eggs. Be sure to save this so you can preserve eggs. #waterglass #waterglassingeggs #preservedeggs #preservingeggs #foodstorage

I try to store at least 8 dozen eggs for the winter months! Yes, they are a little runny but pop them in the fridge before you use them and they will firm back up! #waterglassedeggs #waterglassingeggs #canningforbeginners #canning #canningandpreserving #homestead #homesteadforbeginners #denalicanning #homesteadtoktok #cookfromhome"
