In deze video vertellen wij over het verhaal achter dat kopje cacao. Waar komt cacao vandaan? Hoe groeit het en hoe maak je er dat lekkere drankje van?   Cacao wordt gewonnen uit de vrucht van de cacaoboom, met als officiële naam Theobroma cacao wat ook wel `drank van de goden´ betekent. De cacaoboom geeft gemiddeld na 5 jaar zijn eerste vruchten. Elke boom geeft per jaar zo'n 20-30 cacaovruchten, die als kleine ovale meloenen zowel aan de stam als de takken groeien.
