Have you seen the super cool, hanging moss balls growing succulents or other plants? These are kokedama balls, and you will be amazed how easy they are to make and to care for! Read on to learn step-by-step how to make a succulent kokedama ball. You can do this - I promise!

I almost gave up a few times but the end result was worth it!

If you can buy a pre-made moss ball I suggest that! The forming it into a ball was the hardest part.

I just used my normal diy mix (comment soil for the ingredient list) and added enough to make a ball the size I wanted. Keep in mind these get very heavy! I wish I would’ve done smaller.

Using floral pins would also work well to keep the succulents in place.

To water, soak when the ball is completely dry.

Mine is hanging in a south window and will go outside in the summer. It’s very important that these get as much sun as possible.
