Every baby is different, but there are some general similarities week to week, month to month in how long your infant should be awake before sleeping. Though this is just a guideline, I have found through my work with hundreds of families that these wake windows, when paired with ensuring your infant knows how to fall asleep on their own, produces the best sleep!
