What is the most important thing to you NOW? ✨ The Holy-day season brought up loads of EMOTIONS and I am learning to work with them. It's not always easy-peasy every day to face what shows up but it's necessary (to me) not to turn my back on them. EMOTION is simply ENERGY in MOTION and when I work with it rather than against it, I learn a valuable lesson that can only be taught through life and not in a classroom.
