RBT or registered behavior technician is a paraprofessional who practices under the close and ongoing supervision of BCaBA or BCBA. The RBT Training is really helpful in the direct implementation of services. It is the responsibility of the RBT supervisor to determine whether RBT should perform a certain task as a function of their training, experience, and competence.
