Ragnor Fell was the former High Warlock of London and an old friend of Magnus Bane. Ragnor was a teacher at the Shadowhunter Academy in Idris in the early 1990s. During the Uprising, Jocelyn Fairchild had Ragnor make a sleeping potion for her after betraying her husband, Valentine. In 2016, Jocelyn consumed the potion around the time Valentine reappeared. Ragnor then hid out in his house on the countryside of London, putting up protective wards that kept those with bad intentions at bay…
