One thing that I cannot live without is my protein bars. I eat a protein bar at least once a day. One day I thought to myself, I should look at the ingredients in these bars to find out what I am really putting into my body. I was shocked when looking at some of the labels how much stuff is added to each bar. Some ingredients I recognize, some I do not, some I can’t even pronounce. That’s why I decided I wanted to develop my own protein bar recipe that is healthy and delicious.
