Select the top layer and go Back to Actions, paste. 2- Now go to adjustments, hue saturation & brightness and bring the brightness down to zero. 3- Go back to adjustments and tap on Gaussian Blur. Slide your finger or pencil from left to right and stop at a 10% blur. Give or take. 4- Tap on the layer, and tap on reference. Now pick a white color. 5- Create a new layer by tapping on the plus sign. Go to the selection tool, and turn on Color fill and Automatic selection 6- Tap inside with the pencil and without lifting it off the screen slide left and right.
