You can do a little hop if it’s to hard but try to let your feet hover as long as possible and bring them down as slow as possible by using the almighty Push!  2. Same Thing here. Transfer as much weight as possible onto your hands and shoulders. From there lift your hips up and push back. For most people this one is most likely easier than the Press Walks.  3. Transfer as much weight as possible onto your hands and shoulders (this means shoulders engaged🤟) Go to tiptoes and bring your hips up. If it doesn’t work at all, you can try elevating your feet with yoga blocks or something like that a Almighty Push, Yoga Drills, Gymnastic Drills, Press To Handstand, Handstand Press, Yoga Calisthenics, High High Heels, Handstand Yoga, Press Handstand
