All the fall Pinterest pins have inspired me to start thinking fall. I am so ready to say goodbye to this hot, humid weather. It was actually 101 degrees here again today!! Hurry up fall. We have a yard filled with pine trees that have provided many pine cones just waiting to be transformed into pine cone Christmas Trees. So, after gathering a bushel of pine cones, I was ready to start creating some pine cone trees. I almost forgot I also had a ton of groovy vintage furniture legs

1. Go to the woods. Bring a cone. 2. Put the cone in a pot - so that most of it stands out. 3. Pour it every day with a small amount of water, as excess water makes the cones rot. 4. After some time, a tiny tree will appear. 5. Congratulations - they just started oxygen production and you have a piece of forest in your own home.
