I had to do another for RDLs because there are soooo many cues to help better form for these.

If you’ve struggled with glute engagementduring RDLs like I have, then this is for you! Use these cues below to help you engage your Glutes more:

1️⃣PUSH YOUR BUTT BACK. Instead of seeing this as a up and down move see it as a horizontal move pushing your butt back. Once your hips can no longer push back, reverse and pull your hips forward to stand
2️⃣DB CLOSE TO YOUR SHIN. You want to make sure the bar travels in a straight line up and down by keeping the bar close to your body at all times. If the bar is far from your body, you’ll put too much force on your lower back
