Vinnie Cesnik on Instagram: "Beef ho (chow) fun 🍜🥢  For the beef: * 400-500g skirt/flank beef steak, trimmed * 1 tsp light soy sauce * 1 tsp dark soy sauce * 1 tsp white pepper * 1 teaspoon cornstarch * 1 tsp bicarb soda * 1 tsp sugar * 1 Tbsp high-fry oil   For the stir fry: * 2 Tbsp high-fry oil * 200g beansprouts * 1 bunch spring onions, chopped roughly * 3 cloves garlic, chopped * (Optional) 1 bunch tender-stem Broccoli (broccolini) Then: * 400-500g flat rice noodles  For the sauce: * 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce * 1 Tbsp light soy sauce * 2 Tbsp oyster sauce * 1 Tbsp sesame oil * 1 tsp sugar * 1 lemon juice  Method: 1. Cut thin slices of beef 2. Coat beef slices in ingredients and set aside for 10 minutes (or ideally 30 if you have time!) 3. Cut all your other ingredients to size 4.
