13 Steps To Perfect Paleo. I'm not totally sold on eliminating 100% of ALL grains, legumes, and dairy... Rice and whey are tolerated well by a lot of people, for example. I think it comes down to personal experimentation, with paleo as the template. I definitely agree with everything else, though.
