Got a quick outdoor workout for ya! All you need is a set of stairs and your own bodyweight.  Tack on a 10 minute run before & after to create a full workout OR you can use it at the end of a workout for a quick cardio finisher!  Set your timer for 10 minutes. Complete AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of the following:  1 flight of stairs 10 squats 1 flight of stairs 10 push ups 1 flight of stairs 10 jumping jacks Repeat!  Make sure to rest as needed throughout that 10 minute timeframe.
