INGREDIENTS:

• 1 pound (500 g) Kalamata olives, the weight is measured with the pits included. (The weight without the pits is approximately 400g)
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 2 teaspoons dried oregano
• Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Prep the Olives: Cut the Kalamata olives in half and remove the pits.

• Blend the Mixture: In a blender, combine the pitted olives, the garlic cloves, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
