The Windows XP logo has always intrigued me when I was younger, first few times I got onto a computer I was fairly excited to hear the nostalgic sound that the boot screen made and this is because of the colourful logo that seemed really cool, I loved the waves and the colour, it also gained a sense of materiality, giving it a really plastic feel due to the rich gradients and shadows.
