I've had some people ask how to make this fun origami tree card: I made this version using one of the papers in the Festival of Prints paper pack in the Holiday catalog. One sheet is the perfect amount for a tree! You'll need to cut four pieces of patterned paper squares - one at 3", one at 2 1/2", one at 2" and the smallest at 1 1/2". Here's another sample of the Around the Bend bundle. This time I featured the Dainty Flowers DSP from Sale-a-Bration and the Fine Shimmer specialty paper. The Fine Shimmer specialty paper comes in three colors - two 12 X 12" sheet of each in Soft Succulent, Gold & Fresh Freesia. You can see it here. I love dies that create interest in my card design. The new Around the Bend dies do just that! I spotted this gorgeous card cr3ated by LeeAnn Greff and knew I needed to try this with my new dies! She paired the new, Fine Shimmer paper with the Dainty Flowers FREE SAB DSP. The picture doesn't do this justice, as it just doesn't catch the shimmer!
