It’s winter in Texas. That means it can be sunny and mild one day then cloudy, windy, and cold the next day. Texas weather in winter is pretty unpredictable. We never know if it will be a cold winter, a mild winter, a wet winter, or a combination of all three plus you can sprinkle a dose of windy
