You may notice that your jaw tracks to one side maybe even make sounds or is painful it’s difficult to chew or talk, etc. We must look at several issues. We must look at everything below the jaw and behind it, such as the neck and spine and shoulders and hips but we must also examine more closely the joint itself? Is it the disc inside the joint? Is it the muscles? Is it the way you control your muscles, etc. In this video, I specifically show a treatment that can help start loosening up structures that force it into one direction while activating muscles that pull it back into alignment.
