"Hopes and Dreams" is the New Year's Eve Wishing Wall at the TIMES SQUARE INFORMATION CENTER located at the beautifully restored landmark Embassy Movie Theatre. Visitors can write down their personal goals, dreams and wishes on a piece of confetti. The wishes on colored paper will be collected at the end of the year, and added to the confetti that will flutter down onto the streets of Times Square at the 12 o’clock hour on New Year’s Eve, after the ball drop.
