Perhaps you have heard of yogis drinking nectar from inside of their head. In Hatha Yoga Pradipika, yogis consider Khechari Mudra a practice to taste the bliss of nectar. Khechari Mudra is a type of Mana Mudra (mudras involving head) in which the tongue is rolled up & back and draw deep to the nasopharynx (nasal cavity).
