If you had a bad day...Nice list. Some I would change. My Bible reading + Bible-study research would be from JW.org. And for me meditation is on God + the (grand) future. A couple things on the list I wouldn't do.
I can always tell when I'm getting burned out - I'm SO grumpy with my kids, and I hate that. These are the best strategies I've found to take care of myself and improve my mood! Massage is my #1 favorite way to feel better ASAP.
