1- we need to@understand how our body works and what to do to achieve higher jumps
2- you need to think of the floor as a trampoline, more you push it down higher your jump will become
3- don’t underestimate your toes, toes acting like springs as a last push of the floor
4- work on lengthening your upper body to take weight of the legs 🦵 
5- remember Plié is your power ( never jump and land on a straight knees)
